Protect your account
Use a unique password, keep credentials and OTPs private, sign out on shared devices and only access the portal through its HTTPS address. Staff should apply access controls and review permissions.
Report a concern
If you suspect an exposed record, unauthorised access or an impersonation attempt, contact us through the privacy request form with the Security concern category. Describe the affected page without sending passwords or unnecessary personal documents.
Responsible reporting
Do not access other users’ information, test disruptive attacks or publish private records. Provide enough information for the team to investigate safely. No security guarantee is absolute.
