Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide requested admission guidance, process applications, manage follow-ups and protect the service. A counselling enquiry is not blanket permission for unrelated promotional campaigns.
Who may receive it
Authorised counsellors and service providers may access information needed to operate the portal or respond to your request. If you ask us to help with an application, relevant information may need to be shared with the selected institution. External platforms handle information under their own policies.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact consent using the privacy request form or our Contact page. We may verify identity before changing records. A request is reviewed by the team; submitting it does not automatically delete data or instantly change consent. Some information may need to be retained for application, dispute, legal or security purposes.
Retention and protection
We limit access to authorised users and use technical safeguards appropriate to the service. Information should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable obligations, with retention reviewed by the team. No website or communication channel is completely risk-free.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian should assist students under 18 with enquiries and applications. Do not upload identity documents through public enquiry forms; use the authorised application process when requested. Additional guardian verification may be needed.
