Counselling
College Admission describes its counselling and registration assistance as free, with no donation or extra admission charges. Confirm the service scope before proceeding. Any separately charged service requires its own written terms before payment.
Institution and examination fees
College, university, hostel and entrance application fees are separate and subject to the receiving institution’s official cancellation and refund rules. Pay through verified official channels and retain receipts. We cannot promise a refund controlled by another organisation.
Cancellation and complaints
You can stop counselling by contacting us or submitting a privacy request. For payment disputes, provide the receipt and receiving party’s details through the Contact page; the team can help direct your query to the appropriate party. Statutory rights are unaffected.
